Distinguish extra facilities from vehicle servicing
Explain whether people need a separate toilet while staying near a camper or attending an associated gathering. Identify existing bathrooms and the permitted use of the property. Emptying an RV tank or connecting onboard plumbing is a different request and should not be assumed within a cabin rental.
Review the length of stay and removal
Give the business the use pattern, dates and approved equipment position. Ask the site operator about supplier entry and additional facilities. Confirm washing, service and collection before the vehicle or host leaves; a camper departure does not automatically schedule equipment removal.
Equipment and service details to compare
Review the property rules
Check with the campground or property owner before planning temporary facilities. Describe the vehicle approach and where the cabin would stand without blocking movement. Include washing, accessible needs and the people using the setup. A parking reservation alone does not establish permission for additional equipment.
Confirm servicing and removal
Explain the dates when the site is occupied and how visits can take place. Ask who manages supplies and reports problems. Use only the agreed facilities and instructions; do not empty tanks into unapproved drains or move rented units between stops without consent.
