Review the Central Park facility information
The city’s Central Park page identifies picnic pavilions available for rental. Use the actual booking and facility contact to establish available bathrooms and any supplemental-equipment arrangements. Do not assume that reserving a pavilion gives unrestricted vehicle access to every part of the park.
Connect the reservation with the occupied hours
Include supplier setup, guests and cleanup in the restroom brief. Discuss washing and an accessible approach with the organiser. Confirm arrival and collection access through the appropriate contact before accepting equipment or timing assumptions.
